Hello, everyone, and welcome to,  lovetune. Your space for healing, inspiration and growth. My name is Ani Manukyan, and today I will be sharing with you the system for self programming. We're diving into the powerful concept of self programming. Aligning your thoughts, words and actions to create the life you truly desire.

Self programming is all about clarity and consistency. It's about really being crystal clear on. What you want and ensuring that every. Action you take, every word you speak, and every thought that you entertain is. Aligned with that vision and your goals. So let's break this down even further.

First, your thoughts. Conscious thinking is the foundation of self programming. We often underestimate the power of our. Thoughts, but they are the seeds of our, uh, reality. What you constantly think about, you eventually bring about. So it's really crucial to manage and. Direct your thoughts towards what you wish to create.

This means blocking out anything that doesn't serve your goals. It's not always easy to do, but. It'S essential because it will show the biggest change within your thought patterns, within. Your actions, within your energy. So just focusing on one aspect alone. And building upon that. So starting off with your thoughts, making.

Sure that your thoughts are aligned, and. Then moving forward to the next stage, which is your words. So, if you align your thoughts and next to your words, because words are the bridge between thoughts and actions, when you speak, you're reinforcing your thoughts and. Setting intention into motion. So positive affirmations, for example, are a way of programming your mind to believe in the reality you want to create.

And as if it's already exist in the now. Speak as if what you want is already happening. This isn't just about wishful thinking. It's about aligning your vibration with your desires. And therefore, we speak those words as. If they are already happening to us. And they have already happened.

So the next step that we want to align throughout each day that we live is it's action. Every action you take should be directed towards your goal. Think of each action as a step closer to your desired outcome. It's not about perfection, but about consistent progress. Even small actions compound over time.

The key is to stay focused and block out any distraction that, uh, pull. You away from your path. Saying no to any mindless activities. Anything that doesn't really feed your soul or doesn't feed your goals and purpose in life. Anything that is only there to drain. You in terms of action.

Clearing those actions out as much as possible from your schedule, and, uh, something else to be aware of, to actually. Not fall asleep during the day, so to speak. And what I mean then is to not fall back onto your old programming and habits. It's very easy to do when we.

Are drifting and living in autopilot mode. When we're operating from old programming and this stage. Is almost like a sleep state. You don't even need conscious awareness. And when we are, so to speak, asleep, we're not consciously creating, we're just repeating patterns from the past. To truly self program and be part of this creation, you need to really stay awake and, uh, aware throughout the day.

Be really mindful of when you're acting out of habit rather than intention. And catch yourself whenever this happens. And bring yourself to the present moment and choose to make the best action that aligns you to your highest purpose and highest self. This practical tip can really help you to keep yourself accountable throughout the day.

And this is to actually use alarms throughout your day. Put alarm clocks on your phone, set reminders on your phone every few hours to check in with yourself every hour might be and feel too much and annoy you in the end. So just see what works best for you.

Every couple of hours, just a reminder, a, uh, little alarm sound that you enjoy hearing too, that will remind you to check in with yourself. And you can ask yourself, where am I in my thoughts right now? What thought, uh, have I been focusing on this last hour or even right now in the moment?

Is it bringing me up or is it bringing me down? And then ask yourself, what's my energy state? Am I fully awake? Or am I drifting back to old habits? This simple practice helps you to stay mindful and ensures you're constantly realigning with your goals and also aligning your energy so you are focused on what it is that you want.

Constance. Constantly reminding yourself while you are reprogramming your thoughts and your energy to the highest ideal that you have of yourself. And finally, at the end of the day, write it all down. Journaling your progress. Journaling is a powerful tool for tracking your progress and reinforcing your intentions. Each day, take a moment to reflect on how your thoughts, words and actions aligned, uh, or if they didn't, with your goals.

Adjust where you need and keep moving forward. And don't forget to celebrate whenever you move forward in the right direction, to reinforce even further that you are a winner, that you are moving forward. This will help you to do this quantum jump even much, um, faster than if you would not celebrate yourself and your small wins as well as your big wins.

Remember that self programming isn't about control. It's about conscious creation. By really aligning your thoughts, words and actions, you're not just wishing for change, you're making it happen one step at a time.
